The NCDs, issued under the TCL Secured NCD 'C' FY 2026-27-VIS-M-Reissue No.1, are secured, redeemable, and non-convertible in nature. The NCDs were allotted on July 07, 2026, and are priced at face value of Rs.1,00,000 per unit. The debentures carry a coupon rate of 8.15% per annum and an interest rate of 2% per annum. The XIRR (eXpected Internal Rate of Return) for the NCDs stands at 7.7740% per annum.
